Thank you for your continued support and use of the PlayMining service.

As part of the PlayMining service transition, we are requesting all users to bridge their NFTs to the Polygon chain. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by an issue where the bulk withdrawal button remains inactive even after connecting your wallet.

This issue appears to be caused by recent specification changes in the mobile version of MetaMask.

While the following steps may help activate the bulk withdrawal button, please note that due to MetaMask's mobile specifications, success is not guaranteed. For detailed support, please contact MetaMask directly.

We have confirmed that the feature works reliably with the MetaMask Chrome extension on PC browsers. If you encounter difficulties with the mobile version, we recommend using the browser extension version on your PC.

Resolution Steps

  1. Verify that the blue "Connect Wallet" button is displayed on the NFT Bridge page (https://daa.playmining.com/bridge/)

    ※ If your wallet is already connected, please click the red "Disconnect" button to disconnect your wallet first.

  1. Open the MetaMask app.
  2. Tap "Browser" in the bottom menu.
