To apply for an upgrade to Connoisseur, please first make sure that your PlayMiner Rank is Auctioneer and prepare your ID documents. Before applying, please prepare the following three types of images:
- ID selfie: A photo of your face taken together with your ID document.
- The photo of your ID
- Additional supporting document

After logging in, go to My Page → Profile and click Apply. The page explaining the registration flow will be displayed.

Proceed to STEP 1 and fill in all required fields. Please make sure there are no differences between what you enter and the information written on your ID document.

In STEP 2, upload the three images: your ID selfie, the photo page of your ID document, and one additional supporting document.

Finally, on the STEP 3 confirmation screen, check that there are no problems with the information you entered or the images you are submitting, then click Apply.
Your application will be reviewed in order, and if there are no issues with the application details, your rank will be upgraded to Connoisseur.
Please note that it may take around two business days for the review to be completed.
If the review is not approved due to issues such as incomplete documents, you can apply again for an upgrade to Connoisseur, and we will conduct another review.
